I stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed the spacious room. The pool was lovely and a great spot to relax, but it could use some upkeep. One highlight was the convenience of being just a short walk away from various restaurants and the supermarket. The lovely reception lady Jessica really made my stay special with her warm welcome.

Amazing room, fantastic amenities, with fast wi-fi that made it easy to plan my excursions and a fitness center that was a nice bonus for keeping active during my stay.

this was my second stay in playa del carmen, and eleven exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, just far enough from the noise yet close to the beach. i loved the rooftop pool for relaxing after a day out.

the patio door lock wasn't working.

my stay at eleven was fantastic! the room was spotless with great air conditioning, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views. it's right next door to several good restaurants, making it so convenient. i also loved the free drinking water at reception. special shoutout to florence for her amazing communication throughout our stay!

Loved the rooftop pool and the view was simply divine! Our room was spacious with a handy fridge. Perfect location near tasty tacos and a Mega store.

The bathroom had water issues — it was like a low-pressure shower show, and the breakfast was a walk away. Who knew getting bread and coffee would be a mini trek?
